MOSCOW, Feb 5 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russia’s biggest lender Sberbank grew by 8.1% on the year to 86.7 billion rubles in January, as calculated under Russian Accounting Standards (RAS), the bank said in a report on Friday.
The bank raised retail crediting by 0.7% to 8.529 trillion rubles as of February 1, while corporate crediting increased by 0.5% to 15.55 trillion rubles.
Retail deposits with the bank fell by 2.8% in January on the month to 15.273 trillion rubles, while corporate deposits increased by 0.7% to 7.853 trillion rubles.
